Initiate Your Request
Contact our gallery team via email within 48 hours of receipt to notify us of your intent to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the antique in its original shipping materials to ensure it is protected against damage during the return transit.
Insured Shipping
Arrange for a trackable, fully insured courier service to ship the item back to our workshop, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once the item is received and inspected to confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus initial shipping costs.
